|Portfolio Manager Condo/Coops - Required for a portfolio of luxury high rise Manhattan properties; Regularly communicate with board members, shareholders, and owners; Prepare, coordinate, schedule and facilitate regular Board meetings; building positive working relationships with Boards Members; Knowledgeable of all related NYC laws including LL11 is a MUST; Enforce by-laws, rules, ownership, residency regulations and policies/ procedures of properties with timely reporting of violations; Recommend, establish, implement and oversee the preventative and on-going maintenance programs and procedures to ensure smooth operation of assigned properties; Solicit bids for and manage designated capital improvement projects; Hire, train, supervise, review performance expectations and develop work schedules for property personnel. Establish and maintain accurate inventory tracking system for assigned client properties. 3+ years experience managing multiple properties consisting of co-ops/condos within NYC. Polished presentation, professional manner, articulate with a good work ethic and the desire to keep abreast of current industry developments is required; Effective oral and written communication skills with good pc literacy. |Regional Manager - Will provide management, direction and leadership to ensure properties are maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives. Duties include working closely with Association Managers, Board of Directors and Developers to manage and operate the community. Ongoing P&L responsibilities to meet budgets and implement programs to increase revenue. Client retention is pivotal to the success of the division therefore positive relationship building with current and future Board Members is essential; Review quality of services provided and recommend changes as required. Ensure Staff and Vendors are performing to expected standards; Provide guidance to staff relating to amendments and guidelines of governing documents; Establish positive PR within communities by establishing relationships with new Board of Directors by meeting and continued follow up. Attend annual budget/election meetings as required. Ensure company initiatives are implemented throughout region. Bachelors degree, CCAM and PCAM preferred with strong managerial background and 5+ years within community association management. Proficiency in MS Office with excellent interpersonal skills.
